Recover your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it with an email. The process takes a few minutes.

Request the reset

Section titled “Request the reset”

  1. Go to the sign-in screen

    Go to the dashboard and sign in (or try to access a private area).

  2. Press “Forgot your password?”

    It is the link that appears below the sign-in form.

  3. Enter your email

    Type your account email and press Send.

  4. Check your inbox

    You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see it, check the spam or junk folder.

Set the new password

Section titled “Set the new password”

  1. Open the link from the email

    Press the button or link in the email. The reset password screen will open.

  2. Choose your new password

    Enter the new password (at least 7 characters) and repeat it in the confirmation field.

  3. Save the change

    Press Send. When it completes, you will be able to sign in with your new password.
